COURSES
Emirates
Golf Club
The Majilis is number one in Dubai and has its clubhouse
designed like a Bedouin Tent. The course has hosted the
Dubai Desert Classic and requires straight hitting &
good course management to avoid the many bunkers &
water hazards.
The Wadi is as good as the Majilis but is a little tighter
of the tees. Again, plenty of water to test the golfer.
Emirate
Hills
The Montgomery course was designed by Colin Montgomerie
and has a Scottish feel. Plenty of water features and
bunker hazards await wayward shots. With one hole boasting
the world’s largest green and the 13th being an island
green with 8 different tee positions this course has some
unique features.
Dubai
Creek & Yacht Club
Situated in the city centre the course runs alongside
the famous Creek and has plenty of water hazards. The
approach to the 18th give a great view of the clubhouse
shaped to resemble the sail of an Arab Dhow.
Nad Al
Sheba
Located inside the world famous racecourse, this course
is floodlight for night golf as well. Relatively flat,
the course has 8 lakes and numerous pot bunkers. On some
nights you can play golf and then enjoy a night at the
races.
Abu Dhabi
Golf Club
90 minutes from Dubai is Abu Dhabi with 2 great courses
– the National & the Garden. Of equal quality to the
courses in Dubai, they meander through palm trees and
water hazards and would make a great day away from Dubai.
